MENUS

Our special event menus deliver the same superior, innovative Alaskan fare enjoyed in our main restaurant, in a private setting. Select one of our incredible 3-course plated dinners or impress your guests with a spectacular buffet that is sure to please every tastebud. Our fresh ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible, to showcase the best that Alaska has to offer. Please inform your Event Manager of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance to allow our chefs to deliver the best dining experience for everyone. All food consumed in Room 49 must be prepared in a commercial kitchen licensed by the Health Department.

BEVERAGES

Simon & Seafort's carries a vast array of draft beers, wines & spirits to compliment your menu selections & customize your event. If you choose to source wine for your event, a corkage fee of $20 per bottle will apply. We will not serve alcohol to minors at any time & we reserve the right to discontinue service at our discretion.

PARKING

Simon & Seafort's offers 2 hours of validated parking in the Captain Cook garage, located between 4th & 5th, K & L Streets. Other paid lots are located nearby as well as metered parking spots, which are free on holidays, weekends & after 6:00pm daily.

ROOM LAYOUT

The modern design & open floorplan of Room 49 allows for a variety of setup options to accommodate many types of functions. Your Event Manager can assist you in determining the best arrangement given your anticipated guest count & purpose of the event. You are welcome to stop in & view the room to get a sense of how your event will feel in the space. Room 49 comfortably seats up to 65 guests and up to 125 guests may be accommodated for a standing reception. 

AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT

Room 49 is equipped with a drop down screen, mounted projector, house sound, WiFi & universal clicker. Although we provide most types of connector cords, some devices require specialty adaptors. Therefore, it is advised that hosts conduct a test run of equipment prior to their event. Please contact your Event Manager to schedule this & any other site visits. We are more than happy to assist you throughout the planning process.
